1. Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We usually cater natural-mined diamonds, but we also offer lab-grown diamonds upon request — both ethically sourced and carefully selected for quality and brilliance.
2. What materials do you use?
We use only solid 18K and 24K gold, natural-mined diamonds, and genuine gemstones such as emerald, ruby, and blue sapphire. We do not use gold-plated or gold-filled metals.
3. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom-made pieces — from engagement rings to personalized bracelets. Share your design ideas or inspiration, and we’ll bring them to life with precision and care.
4. How long does it take to make a custom piece?
Production time usually takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the design’s complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request.
5. Do you offer GIA or IGI certification?
Yes. We provide GIA certificates for natural-mined diamonds and IGI certificates for lab-grown diamonds. Please contact us for verification or certification requests.
6. Where are you located?
We are located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping upon request. Kindly reach out to us for shipping rates and details.
8. How can I take care of my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or box, avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes, and clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and brilliance.
9. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Carat District pieces come with a one-year craftsmanship warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not included.
10. Do you have a physical store?
We primarily operate online but accept private appointments for viewing and consultations. Message us to schedule one.
